NZ Native Bird talk

Today Virginia Best from the Waitakere Ranges guide, she came because we are learning about NZ Native birds for Green Week.


                                                           Here are 4 facts I learnt


                                                    1. A Falcon is the fastest bird in NZ.

                 2.  A Tui has 2 voice boxes it has a very high voice and a very cracked voice.

            3. The Tui high voice you can't hear but you can tell when its doing it when its chest is                                                           puffed up and its mouth is open.

                                            4. a pigeons body is great for camouflaging.

How will you be remembered?

1. A person who is my hero is sir Edmund Hillary.
2. This person is my hero because he was the first person to climb to the top of the tallest mountain in the world and he was a New Zealander.
3. Two words that describe this person are brave and cool.
4. One thing the person does that I admire is that he never gives up even when its a long journey up.
5. One way I can be more like my hero is by climbing all the mountains in Auckland.

When I'm... years old

When I am 12 years old I will get myself a job at the paper delivery to save up for when I’m 19 years old.

When I am 13 years old I would have my own room and play games to be mean to my brothers and sisters.

When I am 14 years old I will skydive off high sky tower.

When I am 15 years old I will get a new job being a famous good you tuber.

When I am 16 years old I will be amazed how old I’m getting so fast.

When I am 17 years old I will become the best you tuber in the world.

When I am 18 years old I will get a lovely girlfriend.

When I am 19 years old I will spend my money on Pokemon and a street stalker.

When I am 20 years old I will get married and live in a 4 story luxury house.

When I am 21 years old  I will get a rocket ship and go to space with my wife.

Stargzer Writing

The sparkly bright blue star gracefully sped across the dark blue night sky of galaxies, As I gazed at the sky through my shiny new telescope I saw the milky way streaming across the sky it was a beautiful site. It was a dark peaceful beautiful  night in pixel land. There were trillions of stars scattered across the murky night sky. Suddenly I saw something amazing “wow” I said as I looked at this cool looking plant but it was an alien not an epic plant “aaaa help” suddenly I found myself strapped in the tentacles of the large ugly alien, but before I could say anything else  I was headed to the aliens open mouth CRUNCH!

The sun
